I dunno, but they didn't give Tromp or anyone else a warmup after the screwup at 5.15, so I wouldn't hold my breath for any warmups.

I'd be surprised if it took an hour.

The rain is tapering off and the sun is coming out. They just got out on the runway with a giant roller and leaf blower to try to and dry it off. It's not like the runway is under water or anything anyway, they have good drainage.

They switched the top pad from the dry pit to the wet one, so that is adding to the delay (but will be better for the vaulters).

The vaulters are coming back out now.

I was at Jr. Nationals in Tallahassee in 1994 and it POURED and they just kept going. It was like landing in a lake. Every 30 minutes they would empty the box. The winner was Dominic Johnson with Scott Slover 2nd.

So far I have seen Doerflin and Tromp take run throughs, not sure if that was offered to everyone, or just people who had not yet entered the height.

from what I see on the count down clock, I'd say the field referee has allowed 30 minutes for a general warm-up

I'm guessing that clock by the runway means they are starting in 23 minutes?

It looks like anyone who wants to can take warmups.
