Not to take away anything from Andrew, but June is not indoor season...the reason I ask is Reese Watson jumped 17-7 indoors during indoor season governed by the NFHS. Shawn Barber and Jake Blankenship tied Pat Manson's Indoor mark of 17-6.5 indoor in 2012 Indoor season so that should make them the top 4 all time indoor marks....

Am I missing something here? Someone correct me!!!!

NFHS would not count any of those marks from the Texans because their state doesn't sponsor indoor track and field, so they were not competing for their school in an approved meet at the time.

The NFHS rules are very stringent, which is why many feel there is a need for a separate list.

Was Jake competing for his school when he jumped 17'6.50 this weekend? Does Ohio officially sponsor indoor track?
