Short run heights

I was doing a short run (8 steps) in the gym today and i got 10ft holding at 8'6" and about 10'6". I didn't have much tipe to get inverted and was wondering what some of you guys could get from 8 steps at this height and what your PR's are compared to it.

I can get over 10'6" at a 3 step on a good day with no wind and no bothers. :yes:

I got 14' holding about 12'10"-13'2" from 38'. 8 steps <-----wrong! 6 steps

I got 14'6" holding at 13'1" from about 51'. I havent used it recently. 38' run...8 steps...what was i thinking, oh yeah 6.

Well, the last time I tried to PR at 3 lefts was last outdoor season, and I cleared 10'. My PR from my full run, which is 6 lefts, is only 11'4 though... don't quite know what's up with that lol.

12-6 - 13' grippin a bit over 11' from 4 lefts. my full run pr is 12-6 :confused: yeah, the techniques there, obviously iv got some big timing issues to work out..
What have you done today to get better?

7 lefts 5.21m
8 lefts 5.45m
9 lefts 5.35m

thats all I got as far as meets go, but...

practice

3 lefts 14'
4 lefts 4.75m
5 lefts 5.00m
...success is doing what you can do well and doing well whatever you can do

I've jumped 16' 5" from 4 lefts, but I'm old so who cares. LB

Lon, I would be curious to see what Derek Jeff and Tyes run PR's are if you know em.

I think Derek jumps either 17 7 or 18 3 from 4 lefts. Its down right stupid. I'm not sure about Tye, but its pretty good. LB
