PETROS KYPRIANOU NAMED ASSISTANT TRACK AND FIELD COACH

Petros Kyprianou


BOISE, Idaho – Petros Kyprianou (Kee-pre-awn-O) is the new assistant coach for the men and women’s track and field teams at Boise State University. Kyprianou will be the jumps and multi events coach for the Broncos and replaces Jake Jacoby who recently left the Boise State program to take an assistant’s position at the University of Louisville.
Kyprianou joins the Bronco coaching staff after spending the past season (2004-05) as an assistant track and field coach at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Prior to his full time position at UNO, he was a volunteer track and field coach and volunteer assistant strength and conditioning coach for the soccer team at Nebraska-Omaha. “We are extremely excited regarding the opportunity for success that Petros will bring to our men and women’s teams in the jumps and multi-events,â€Â
