Journals needed at Trackshark.com
I'm in dire need for some collegeiate pole vaulters to participate in a journal this season at Trackshark.com. I don't have any and I'd like to promote the event as much as I can this way.
If you are interested in participating in a journal this season, feel free to contact me at tborish@trackshark.com.

As Becca stated, just go and see what other people have done. I don't think a basic training log will be all that interesting to read, from what I've delt with in the past. I think the public looks for insight into your training and competition, not just what is written down on paper.
You also have to ask yourself if people would actually be interested in what you have to say.
I've had two vaulters willing to participate so far, which is great.
